What we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through inquiry, service-request, manufacturer, and deer-recovery agreement forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, business, email address, mobile number, service details, field or property location, property-access authority, agreement acknowledgments, and electronic-signature record.

Our hosting provider may process standard request and security-log information, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, date and time, and diagnostic information. The site also uses Google Analytics to measure pages viewed, referrals, approximate location, device characteristics, and interactions. Analytics identifiers and reports may be aggregated or pseudonymous, but they should not be treated as completely anonymous.

We do not use advertising pixels or social-media plugins on this site.

Use of information

How we use your information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and schedule requested work, document property permission, administer agreements and payments, send service communications, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or safety obligations.

Wisconsin Aerial does not sell or rent personal information. We disclose information only to personnel and service providers that need it for these purposes, when you direct us to do so, or when required for legal, safety, or compliance reasons.

Service providers

Who processes information

Vercel hosts the website and may process request, security, and diagnostic logs. Resend transmits form and agreement emails, and Google Workspace receives and stores our business email. Google Analytics processes site-usage measurements.

For an approved service payment, Square hosts the checkout and processes payment, receipt, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under Square’s own privacy terms. Wisconsin Aerial does not receive or store full payment-card numbers on this website.

The News section links to independent publishers. Selecting an article takes you to that publisher’s website and privacy practices. News cards use publisher-identifying or topic artwork generated by this site rather than copying publisher photographs.

Text messaging

SMS privacy

If you separately opt in to text messaging, Wisconsin Aerial may use the mobile number you provide to send customer-care messages about your inquiry, service request, scheduling, or active work. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a service.

Mobile information, text-message consent, and opt-in records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. They may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver and support the messaging service, or when required by law.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. See the SMS Terms for additional details.

This site may use essential browser storage for site operation and Google Analytics cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. You may restrict cookies in your browser. Some measurement features may stop working, but the public content and request forms should remain available.

Data retention

How long we keep information

We retain inquiries and service records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, perform work, maintain safety and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, insurance, tax, or accounting obligations. Signed agreements and payment records may be retained longer than ordinary inquiries. Email, analytics, hosting, and payment providers may also retain information under their own policies.
