Do you have flat-rate pricing for arm replacements?
Not yet. Arm work can involve different assemblies, wiring, and damage beyond the arm itself. We quote the parts, labor, and agreed checks for your particular repair before work begins.
Is this DJI warranty service?
This page describes Wisconsin Aerial's repair service, not a DJI warranty claim. If you have manufacturer or insurance coverage, confirm its requirements before authorizing an independent repair.
Can I send in the whole drone?
Please contact us first. The bearing-replacement offer is for a removed T100 motor. We agree separately on receiving and servicing complete aircraft.
How soon will it be ready?
We confirm the current service schedule and parts availability with you. Shipping time and additional damage can affect the return date.
