Why we’re building this network
Our marketing campaign brings us many calls a day from within our service area and well beyond it. When a search is outside our coverage, we currently look on the Wisconsin Drone Network page and refer the customer to a pilot in that area.
That means the customer has to reach out again—and sometimes again and again—to find someone who is available. We want to make that experience easier.
Our partner program is designed to coordinate availability before handing off a search, improve the customer experience, and streamline marketing, waivers, and payment. We handle the customer intake and administration; an available, vetted local partner handles the search.
Your own business. Your protected territory.
Keep your word-of-mouth business, advertising, direct bookings, and payment process exactly as they are. Our fee applies only to searches that come through Wisconsin Aerial—not to work you bring in yourself. Established operators do not need to replace their existing business systems.
A partnership built around the field
For searches referred through Wisconsin Aerial, we expand our marketing into approved partner areas, take the call, handle the waiver and payment, and pay you. You bring the equipment, local knowledge, and judgment to conduct the search.
Straightforward search economics
Proposed payouts for a standard accepted $350 search referred by Wisconsin Aerial. Your independently sourced work is not subject to our fee. No recovery guarantee: the search is the service.
$275 to you per search
The $75 fee covers our marketing, credit-card processing, and centralized customer administration.
Ask about the standard option →$250 to you per search
Everything in the standard option, plus Wisconsin Aerial hats and shipping. Give the customer one Wisconsin Aerial hat per paid search, whether or not the deer is recovered. We don’t advertise the giveaway to customers—it’s a thank-you, not a booking promotion. Start with a dozen hats; let us know when stock is low so we can send more.

These are proposed program terms. Payment timing, cancellations, refunds, and hat distribution/replenishment terms will be agreed in writing before onboarding. Work volume and recoveries are not guaranteed.

Your community. Your search area.
Tell us where you’re based and which communities you can reliably reach within a roughly 60-mile radius. We’re seeking partners who can expand coverage beyond Wisconsin Aerial’s current Columbus-area circle.
We’re also looking for partners near the edge of our current service circle to help expand it. If you’re based in Waukesha, Wisconsin Dells, or Oshkosh and see yourself inside our current circle, don’t hesitate to apply. Your own 60-mile service area could extend our reach into communities we don’t currently cover.
Each proposed area is reviewed for overlap, realistic travel times, and pilot availability before approval. Once approved, your 60-mile territory is exclusively yours. We will not add another Wisconsin Aerial partner within your territory.

Representing Wisconsin Aerial
A current FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate and current operating eligibility are required. We review credentials, thermal equipment, and readiness before approval.
Deer recovery, thermal search, and hunting experience are preferred. Show us your experience, how you conduct a search, and how you handle a difficult outcome.
Our reputation goes with every referral. Partners commit to agreed availability, respond promptly when we call, and follow through on accepted searches. We review communication, judgment, customer care, insurance, and operating practices during vetting.
Share your base, equipment, experience, and availability.
We review your area and qualifications, then talk through real search scenarios and expectations.
If it’s a fit, we confirm the territory, operating terms, weekly payout process, and chosen program before sending work.
Let’s talk about your area
Tell us where you’re based and what you’d like to know. We’ll follow up with program information and, if there’s a fit, a link to our full online application.
Partners are vetted through an application and interview before representing Wisconsin Aerial. An information request is not a commitment.
